LLN Final Reflection
The feedback for my long literacy narrative draft was “This is a strong draft. The details are specific and vivid — love the wiggles — and the structure allows the narrative to come across smoothly. For revision, I want you to work on your conclusion and bring your thoughts together. What does this experience mean for you now? How did learning English this way affect your life?” I needed to revise my conclusion so that is what I did. I used my previous conclusion and just made minor tweaks to bring the peace together better. Previously I lacked any of my own thoughts on the situation so I added how learning english in preschool due to being put in the wrong class impacted me to this day, it allows me to consider myself bilingual which is a huge advantage in this diverse world we live in. I also needed to add what the experience means to me now and I added that looking back it feels so easy but at the time is was a very stressful process for a kid that young that was in a completely new environment filled with strangers.
